Android Grey Exclamation Point Unable to Read Videk

Hi EvangelDr! My proper name is Therese, an Contained Counselor.

I suspect that these videos were sent a few months ago.

Videos larger than 100MB will exist saved as Files and volition exist available for thirty days. Subsequently 30 days, they will no longer available in your chat and will exist deleted in the cloud too.

Nevertheless, this shouldn't be the aforementioned instance for photos. If I may ask, are you able to view the same photos on a unlike device?

Unfortunately the photos/video were just sent.  I tried on both, Windows 10 (Surface Volume 2) and on Android (Galaxy Notation 8).  I get go this same icon on both devices. Information technology looks similar it is a video initially in the thumbnail with a Play button in the center. So I click on information technology, the loading from 0-100% happens and then I get this.

May I know the verbal version number of Skype installed on your device? In Skype, tap your profile picture > Settings > Help & Feedback

Also, for testing purposes, can you enquire someone to ship a file/photo again?

Using a dissimilar internet connection would help isolating the issue too.

If it was merely happening to me I'd say information technology's due to the version only its happening to vii of usa in the same group chat. Either fashion, on the Android it is Skype Version 8.62.76.27. On Windows 10 it is Skype 8.61.76.94 Awarding xv.61.94.0.

I've tried loading on a metered connection with my phone and on wifi with my pc.

Endeavor checking if the aforementioned beliefs happens on Skype for Web client https://web.skype.com/

This customer merely supports MS Edge and the latest version of Google Chrome.

Aforementioned matter on the web and I also tried checking on a Amazon Kindle and the same thing is happening. I'grand guessing its a certain file type from the iPhone that its sending. Maybe Alive Photos which Skype doesn't recognize or something?
